quaint - Charmingly odd
“The hotel we stayed at was over 100 years old. The was building was quaint with spiral wooden staircases.

qualified - having the appropriate qualifications (abilities) for an office, position or task.
“I wanted to move to the accounting department at work but I’m not qualified. I have training and experience in marketing but unfortunately I didn’t study accounting in university.”

quirky - having peculiar or odd actions.
“I like Steve, but he’s a little quirky sometimes.”
